Mobility Impaired Patrons

The Civic Theatre has 26 locations for wheelchairs and their
companions. With the installation of the elevator, accessible
seating is available on each level for wheelchairs or patrons with
special needs and for one companion. There are also 16 swing
arm chairs available for patrons who wish to transfer from their
wheelchair to a seat. To make reservations, call the Civic Theatre

Box Office at (330) 253-2488 and specify wheelchair or swing
arm seating. These locations are reserved exclusively for
physically challenged patrons and their companion until all other
seats are sold.

If you have a special ticketing need, please inform the Civic
Theatre Box Office representative when ordering your tickets.
We would be happy to assist you in arranging the best available
seat to fit your needs. If you need assistance upon arrival,
contact the nearest staff member.

The Civic Theatre offers an assisted listening device to patrons
with hearing disabilities. This service is free-of-charge and is
available at all performances. Devices may be obtained at the
Information Counter on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Civic
Theatre will require a form of identification (driver’s license/credit
card) to be held until the device is returned.

Wheelchairs
Patrons needing assistance to their seat may stop at the
Information Counter in the Grand Lobby. The Civic has a
wheelchair to assist you with transportation to the seating area.

the Mezzanine Lobby Level (2F) in the North Wing. All restrooms
are accessible.

Handicap parking is available in all downtown parking decks.
