Each year, more than 700,000 people attend events at the two facilities. Marketing and Promotion Opportunities

E. J. Thomas Performing Arts Hall, Lock 3 Live! and Akron Civic Theatre audiences are loyal and are accustomed to quality programming. E. J. Thomas Performing Arts Hall, Lock 3 Live! and the Akron Civic Theatre’s marketing campaign includes significant schedules on region-wide TV and radio stations, as well as a weekly print presence in the Akron Beacon Journal, West Side Leader and area weekly papers. Community-wide distribution of direct mail pieces reaches more than 300,000 people each year. Season sponsor benefits include additional exposure with exclusive logo placement on advertising and promotional activity, including the theaters’ web sites, with combined hits of 387,000 each year.

Sponsorship includes access to outstanding facilities for post-show VIP receptions. Available spaces include E. J. ’s dramatic lobbies, the Civic Theatre’s new donor recognition lobby located on the mezzanine level, and a wonderful outdoor patio overlooking Lock 3 park.
