Cavaliers’ All-Star LeBron “King” James and his NBA friends will help raise money for Akron charities through the second annual King for Kids Bike-a-thon. The 8-mile event starts at Canal Park and concludes at Lock 3 Park for a community festival sponsored by the Akron Urban League. The Bike-a-thon is open to riders 14 years and older (and children ages 12-13 accompanied by an adult). Registration details are available at www.lebronfoundation.org.
